Zac Efron and Miley Cyrus first entered Madame Tussauds as teenage actors with pre-teen fans but as they grow older tourist attraction has seen fit to update their waxworks with a more adult look. “High School Musical” star Efron has ditched his original basketball strip for a suit and tie and Cyrus has swapped skinny jeans for a more glamorous silver, sequinned dress.
