The “High School Musical” star – who’s currently dating actress Vanessa Hudgens – says he never forgets his friends when it comes to promises he’s made but if he has pledged to do something for himself he always forgets. “One of the reasons I don’t make resolutions is purely because I know I won’t stick to them,” said Zac. “Instead I make about 15 resolutions as I go and try to stick to them.
