Zac Efron fans are highly anticipating the release of his new film, “The Lucky One.” Efron plays an army man who stumbles upon a photograph of a beautiful woman in battle, which ultimately saves his life.

Zac Efron plays Logan, a war vet looking to find the woman in the picture, and succeeds. Fate brings the two together, but it is not an easy road. Ex-husbands, children, and the ways of the world try to keep the pair apart. “The Lucky One” is a movie adaptation of the Nicholas Sparks book, and will forever be compared to his other films such as, “The Notebook,” “Dear John,” “The Last Song,” and “Message in a Bottle.”

Zac Efron will be added to the list of Sparks characters come to life on the big screen, as others such as Ryan Gosling, Channing Tatum, Liam Hemsworth, and Kevin Costner have before him. Efron’s “The Lucky One” will hit theaters in Spring 2012. [Source]
